Challenged claims of Westport Fuel Systems Canada Inc.'s patent that relates to high pressure fuel injection valves or injectors for internal combustion engines aren’t unpatentable as obvious over prior art, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board determined, in an inter partes review by Robert Bosch LLC and Mercedes-Benz USA LLC.
