Challenged claims of Ironburg Inventions Ltd.'s patent that relates to an actuator system of a game controller for a gaming console are unpatentable as obvious over prior art, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board determined, in an inter partes review by Valve Corporation. The board said that the challenged claims are obvious over a review of a Scuf Xbox 360 Controller, and prior art that discloses a game controller.
