The Patent Trial and Appeal Board determined that challenged claims of GoPro Inc.'s patent directed to the stabilization of videos using smoothing techniques to ameliorate the motion of the camera during filming aren’t unpatentable as obvious over prior art, in an inter partes review by Arashi Vision (U.S.) LLC.
