Some challenged claims of Content Square Israel Ltd.'s patent titled “Method and System for Monitoring and Tracking Browsing Activity on Handled Devices,” are unpatentable as obvious over prior art, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board said, in an inter partes review by Quantum Metric Inc., Decibel Insight Ltd., and Decibel Insight Inc.
