Challenged claims of You Map Inc.'s patent that relates to displaying social-network posts on a map, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board determined, in an inter partes review by Snap Inc. The board said that the challenged claims are obvious over various combinations of prior art, including prior art that discloses map-based remarks. And the board denied You Map’s motion to amend.
