The Patent Trial and Appeal Board said that challenged claims of Nuhn Industries Ltd.'s patent that relates to manure pumps and amphibious vehicles equipped for pumping liquid manure are unpatentable as obvious over prior art, in an inter partes review by Bazooka-Farmstar LLC.
