The Patent Trial and Appeal Board said that challenged claims of Guy A. Shaked Investments Ltd.'s patent that relates to the field of hair heat treatment, and more particularly, to brush-like hair straighteners, aren’t unpatentable as obvious over prior art, in an inter partes review by Ontel Products Corp.
