The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that challenged claims of Wildseed Mobile LLC’s patent are unpatentable as obvious over prior art, in an inter partes review by Google LLC. The court affirmed the board’s construction of two claim terms and said that the board’s analysis didn’t violate the Administrative Procedures Act.
