A federal district court in Texas denied Lenovo Group Limited’s motion to dismiss Universal Connectivity Technologies Inc.'s action for infringement of patents for electronic devices. The court said Lenovo Group has sufficient minimum contacts with Texas, and that exercise of personal jurisdiction is both reasonable and fair and comports with due process.
