The Fifth Circuit transferred to the Federal Circuit Luv N Care Ltd.'s appeal of a federal district court in Louisiana’s decision in its patent infringement action against Eazy-P Z LLC. The appeals court said that the appeal is appropriately addressed to the Federal Circuit.
