A federal district court in Illinois denied Amazon Web Services Inc.'s motions for JMOL or a new trial in Kove IO Inc.'s action for infringement of patents that relate to the storage, search, and retrieval of data across large computer networks. The court granted Kove’s motions to amend the judgment and for attorneys’ fees with respect to pre- and post-judgment interest only.
