The Federal Circuit reversed and vacated a federal district court in Texas’s post-trial rulings in Finesse Wireless LLC’s action against AT&T Mobility LLC for infringement of patents that generally relate to methods for mitigating intermodulation product interference in radios. The appeals court reversed the lower court’s denial of JMOL of non-infringement and vacated its damages award.
