The District of Massachusetts denied Biocon Ltd. and Bicara Therapeutics Inc.'s motion to dismiss Y-Trap Inc.'s action for correction of inventorship of its patent that relates to novel fusion proteins for cancer immunotherapy. The court said that the amended complaint is sufficient at this early stage of litigation.
