A federal district court in California denied Össur Americas Inc.'s motion to dismiss an inventor’s action for declaratory relief, breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment, correction of inventorship, and patent invalidity, related to his cervical collar design services. According to the court, the inventor’s allegations are specific enough to give Össur notice of the misconduct alleged.
