The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the U.S. International Trade Commission affirming an administrative law judge’s summary determination of no infringement of patents and no violation of the Tariff Act, in this action against Changsha Silun Network Technology Co. Ltd., Hunan Maiqiang Network Technology Co. Ltd., Hunan Zikun Information Technology Co. Ltd., and Guangzhou Qiton Electronics Technology Co. Ltd., relating to optical line termination and optical network terminal devices. According to the court, the evidence was insufficient to raise a genuine issue of fact regarding infringement.
