A federal district court in Florida granted SHEFIT Operating Company LLC’s motion for a preliminary injunction against various online individuals, corporations, and partnerships, in this action for infringement of a utility patent for a sports bra. The court said that SHEFIT is likely to suffer immediate and irreparable injury if a preliminary injunction isn’t granted.
