A federal district court in Florida granted Rare Breed Triggers LLC and ABC IP LLC’s motion for a preliminary injunction in this action against Big Daddy Enterprises Inc. and Wide Open Enterprises LLC for infringement of a patent that covers a forced reset trigger. Rare Breed and ABC IP claim that the Wide Open trigger was copied from Rare Breed and ABC IP’s FRT-15 trigger.
