The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the District of New Jersey denying Boston Scientific Corp. and Relievant Medsystems Inc.'s request for a preliminary injunction restraining Stryker Corporation from launching its OptaBlate BVN product on grounds that its sale would induce infringement claims of Boston Scientific’s patent. The appeals court said that there are substantial questions as to whether Stryker induced infringement of the asserted claims.
