The federal district court in Delaware denied ICON Health & Fitness Inc.'s motion for a preliminary injunction in its action against Peloton Interactive Inc. for the infringement of ICON’s patent for a system for interaction with exercise device. ICON asked the court to temporarily bar Peloton from selling the Bike+.
