The Federal Circuit affirmed and remanded the decision of a federal district court in California granting summary judgment of noninfringement in favor of Nintendo of America Inc. and Nintendo Co. Ltd. on Gamevice Inc.'s action for infringement of patents that disclose a game controller with a structural bridge. The appeals court affirmed and remanded to permit Nintendo to move the district court to vacate its invalidity ruling and enter judgment based on noninfringement.
