The Federal Circuit affirms the grant of summary judgment in favor of Huawei Technologies Co. in this action for the infringement of patents directed to memory circuits. After a district court ruled that Huawei hadn’t infringed the patents and the Federal Circuit affirmed, the inventor filed a second infringement case against Huawei involving the same patents.
