Workspot Inc. won’t be preliminarily enjoined from allegedly infringing Citrix Systems Inc.’s asserted patents or from making allegedly false and misleading statements about its products. Workspot has raised substantial questions about whether its cloud-based virtual desktop solution infringes Citrix’s patents, and Citrix hasn’t presented evidence that directly ties demand for Workspot’s products to the allegedly infringing features.
