A federal district court in New York granted Trustpilot Inc.'s motion to dismiss Linfo IP LLC’s action for infringement of a patent that discloses a system, method, and user interface for discovering and presenting information in text content. According to the court, the patent is directed to the abstract idea of extracting and displaying information from unstructured text contents, and the representative claim doesn’t add an inventive concept.
