A federal district court in California granted in part and denied in part Peaklogic Inc.'s motion for summary judgment of patent ineligibility on Wave Neuroscience Inc.'s action for infringement of three patents directed at devices or methods for generating a magnetic field and using that field to adjust the electrical activity of a subject’s brain from its intrinsic frequency to a pre-selected frequency. The court granted Peaklogic summary judgment as to the claims of two patents, and denied the motion as to claims of a third patent.
