The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the District of Delaware that challenged claims of Arendi S.A.R.L.'s patent are unpatentable, in this infringement action against Google LLC and Oath Holdings Inc. The appeals court held that the challenged claims are directed to an abstract idea and don’t recite an inventive concept.
