The Federal Circuit affirmed in part and reversed in part the decision of the District of Delaware entering judgment of willful infringement, in Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals LP’s action against Magellan Midstream Partners LP and Powder Springs Logistics LLC relating to patents for systems and methods of blending butane with gasoline. The appeals court affirmed the district court’s damages decisions and its JMOL of no infringement, and affirmed in part and reversed in part the district court’s eligibility decision.
