The Federal Circuit reversed and remanded the decision of the District of Utah partially dismissing PowerBlock Holdings Inc.'s action against iFit Inc. for infringement of a patent that relates to a system for selecting and adjusting the weight of a selectorized dumbbell or a pair of selectorized dumbbells. The appeals court said that the patent claims aren’t directed to an abstract idea.
