The District of Delaware granted in part and denied in part Roboflow Inc.'s motion to dismiss All Terminal Services LLC’s action for infringement of patents that claim systems and methods for managing rail yard and intermodal yard inventory using ratification intelligence. The court granted Roboflow’s motion to dismiss as to patent eligibility, and denied the motion to dismiss as to the adequacy of the infringement allegations.
