A federal district court in Delaware granted IBM Corporation’s motion to stay Ebates Performance Marketing Inc.'s counterclaim patents for systems and methods for performing risk analysis and a method and apparatus for supporting multiple active sessions on a per user basis, pending the issuance of final written decisions in IPR proceedings. And the court denied Ebates Performance Marketing Inc.'s cross-motion to stay and denied IBM’s motion for judgment on the pleadings with respect to Ebates Performance’s patent for digital content downloading system using networks.
