The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that challenged claims of Samesurf Inc.'s patent that discloses the implementation of a synchronized browsing session are unpatentable as obvious over prior art, in an inter partes review by Intuit Inc. The court said that the board correctly construed a disputed claim term.
