The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that Tesla Inc. didn’t provide that challenged claims of Charge Fusion Technologies LLC’s patent that discloses systems and methods for charging electric vehicles are unpatentable. The court determined that the board didn’t err in its claim construction.
