The Federal Circuit vacated and remanded a federal district court in Florida’s stipulated judgment of non-infringement on Acufloor LLC’s action against EvenTile Inc. and FORPAC LLC for infringement of patents directed to devices used for leveling, aligning, and properly spacing tiles. The appeals court modified the district court’s construction of one disputed claim term, and rejected the other.
