Challenged claims of an inventor’s patent that relates generally to a vehicle-mounted elevated access system are unpatentable as anticipated by prior art, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board said, in an inter partes review by Mission Intergrated Technologies, LLC. The board determined that the challenged claims are anticipated by prior art including a video file showing a vehicle-mounted access system that was “published and continuously accessible to the public” on a YouTube website, a video titled “Elevated Tactics,” and an annotated Mission Intergrated Technologies marketing brochure.
