A federal district court in California granted Favored Tech USA Corporation, Jiangsu Favored Nanotechnology Co. Ltd., and GN Audio USA Inc.'s motion for attorneys’ fees in P2i Ltd.'s action for infringement of patents that disclose polymer coatings. According to the court, Favored and GN are entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees and P2i engaged in bad faith litigation conduct.
