The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the District of Massachusetts awarding Hyper Bicycles Inc. attorneys’ fees and costs in individual’s action for patent infringement. The appeals court said that the district court didn’t abuse its discretion by finding the case was exceptional and awarding attorneys’ fees.
