The district of Delaware granted in part and denied in part Nextremity Solutions Inc., Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc., and Zimmer Inc.'s motion for attorneys’ fees in Extremity Medical LLC’s patent infringement action. The court granted the motion with respect to costs incurred during the district court litigation and denied the motion with respect to costs and fees incurred during the inter partes review proceeding before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
