Ltd., Samsung Electronics America Inc., NXP Semiconductors NV. The board determined that the challenged claims are anticipated by and obvious over prior art that discloses a low-voltage triggering, silicon-controlled rectifier that is fabricated using an SOI system; a semiconductor switch apparatus including isolated MOS transistors; and an integrated RF front end with stacked transistor switch.
