The Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit affirmed in part and reversed in part a federal district court’s grant of summary judgment to the Gorilla Glue Co. in J-B Weld Co.'s action against GG for false advertising and trade dress infringement and dilution under federal and state law.
