The District of Connecticut granted in part and denied in part the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment on Zuru Inc.'s action against LEGO A/S for copyright and trademark infringement. trade dress infringement, unfair competition, misappropriation, and unfair trade practices related to LEGO Minifigure figurines. The court denied LEGO’s motion for summary judgment as to the unfair trade practices claim, granted it in all other respects, and denied Zuru’s motion for summary judgment.
