A federal district court in California denied Kings Fortune PTE Ltd.’s motion to dismiss Ilyon Dynamics Ltd.’s copyright and trademark infringement claims related to a mobile game. The court found that Ilyon sufficiently alleged access to the work and that the works are substantially similar. And the court said that Ilyon adequately pleaded a likelihood of confusion.
