A federal district court in Texas granted Alphae Dog Holdings LLC’s motion to remand its action against Three Wall Holdings LLC for trademark and copyright infringement and trade secrets misappropriation to state court, finding that removal was improper. The court found that the case didn’t fall within the subject matter of the Copyright Act, the Lanham Act, or the Defend Trade Secrets Act, but alleged common law breach of contract and tort claims.
