The Ninth Circuit affirmed a federal district court in Florida’s grant of a preliminary injunction in favor of AK Futures LLC in its copyright and trademark infringement action against Boyd Street Distro LLC. AK Futures said that Boyd Street has been selling counterfeit versions of its e-cigarette and vaping products containing delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol.
