The Eleventh Circuit affirmed in part, vacated in part, and remanded the decision of a federal district court in Florida granting Consequence Sound LLC, Consequence Media Group Inc., and several individuals summary judgment on Great Bowery Inc.'s copyright infringement action for its licensed photographs. The appeals court said that the district court erred by finding that Great Bowery lacked standing because the photographer retained certain rights in her written agreement.
