A federal district court in Louisiana denied in part and granted in part HG AutoTech and two former employee’s motion to dismiss MaddenCo. Inc.'s action for infringement of a copyrighted tire dealer software system. The court granted HG’s motion to dismiss Madden’s tortious interference claim and denied its motion to dismiss the contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
