Freeplay Music LLC is granted summary judgment in its copyright infringement action against Dave Arbogst Buick-GMC Inc. Arbogast accessed Freeplay’s website and downloaded music for use in its car sale YouTube videos. Freeplay showed that it’s the owner of the copyrights for the 23 music works at issue, either by assignment or work-for-hire agreements.
