The district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Dean Guitars, in a guitar maker’s action for copyright infringement, was affirmed by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The 11th Circuit agreed with the district court’s holding that a claim concerning mainly copyright ownership accrues only once, and here it was proper for the district court to characterize the guitar maker’s claim as one primarily concerning copyright ownership.
