The Eleventh Circuit affirmed a federal district court in Florida’s grant of summary judgment in favor of YP LLC and Print Media LLC in Yellow Pages Photos Inc.'s action for infringement of its advertisement stock images. L.M. Berry and AT&T Advertising used Yellow Pages Photos’ licensed photos in phone directory advertisements, and Yellow Pages Photos sued two of L.M. Berry and AT&T Advertising’s affiliates, YP and Print Media, for copyright infringement after they used its photos in advertisements.
