The Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed a federal district court’s grant of partial summary judgment, denial of a radio broadcaster’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, award of attorneys’ fees and costs, and entry of a permanent injunction in WB Music Corp.'s copyright infringement action against the broadcaster.
