Autobody repair shop Hannamass and Rowe Ltd.'s publication of photographer Allesando Cancian’s “Speeding Fall” photograph on Hannamass’ website wasn’t fair use. There was little, if any, transformative value in the somewhat commercial use of the entire photo -- reduced to one-fourth the original size -- on Hannabass’ website, even though the context of the use, placement above and next to an article about safe driving during the fall, may have slightly altered the meaning of the photo.
