A federal district court in Colorado granted Real Estate Webmasters Inc.'s motion to voluntarily dismiss its action against Great Colorado Homes Inc. and a real estate agent for copyright infringement, unjust enrichment, and civil theft, but didn’t grant Great Colorado Homes attorneys’ fees. The agent purchased a license to use Real Estate Webmasters’ custom website design, but after he terminated the agreement and began using Great Colorado Homes for his website, Real Estate Webmasters alleged that his website is nearly identical to its website and uses its intellectual property.
